Where Jababeka Morotai will provide the location, land, take care of all permits for the construction of power plants and the delivery of spare parts and solar panel machines. While QDJAPAN CO., LTD provides the entire manufacturing chain of PV plant construction, from spare parts, solar panel machines to their construction.
